In the age of tiny homes and smart cars, the time for Micro Retreats is here! No more excuses – you can have the benefits of a retreat in the time it takes to go to the dentist for your regular cleaning.
In just 90 minutes you will have the opportunity to connect with your inner self, connect with nature and practice mindfulness. This is a gift to your soul, an act of self care and quite possibly a way to improve your productivity at work, reduce stress and extend your life.
These Micro Retreats are being offered in the Los Angeles area. They are designed to be accessible to those in traditional office jobs, stay at home parents and anyone who can get away for just 90 minutes in the middle of the work day. The retreats start at 11:00 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m PST.
Micro Meditation Retreats cost $60 per person and includes the cost of admission to the local venue where it is being hosted. In addition to being time conscious these retreats are small events, between 2 and 12 persons.
