Jen is a health benefits consultant with 20 years experience working with large employer groups.  After watching many “wellness plans” fail to improve health, achieve measurable outcomes or a return on investment, Jen intuitively knew there must be a different approach.

In her quest she learned of the successes of companies like Aetna and Apple, who have achieved real value by implementing Mindful workplace strategies including meditation rooms.  She began reading and researching the studies from University of Massachusetts Medical School, Center for Mindfulness, based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Mindful Based Stress Reduction techniques.  Jen realized there is a way to work with employee health and well being that is non-traditional in today’s world and has a proven track record.  This is exciting and we’re here to help you bring Meditation to your employees.   A mindful workplace is good for everyone!
