Jen is hosting a Summer Solstice guided tour of the four cardinal directions of Maui, visiting sacred sites and energy centers at each corner.

This is an all inclusive small group tour for up to 8 guests.   Your accommodation will include a shared or private bedroom and bath at a licensed Bed and Breakfast.  The fee for this guided tour and retreat is $2160 per person and includes accommodations, all meals, local transportation and excursions. Private guest suites are available for an additional 15% and extended stays can be arranged at an additional cost of $180 per day/per room.

Join Jen for 6 days 5 nights on the island that some have identified as the heart chakra of Mother Earth.   Maui is a magical place, the former site of ancient Lemuria and a mecca for many Southern Californians year after year.

Jen first visited this sacred place in 2003 and she immediately felt the energy of the earth ground her root chakra – this place would become a homecoming place for Jen and the location of her retreat center, that is currently being developed.

Day 1(Wednesday) Arrival

When you arrive you will be greeted by the thick aroma of flower essences in the air and a lei of flowers will be placed around your neck.

Upon arrival to your accommodation we will enjoy tea, local organic raw honey and local fruit as we begin our time together by journaling an intention for the retreat.  We will drop our mobile phones and devices into the metaphorical sea.  At sunset we will be whisked off to a welcoming seaside dinner followed by a walk along the warm South Pacific beaches before returning to your retreat space to settle in.

Day 2 (Thursday) West

We will begin our day with a light breakfast and a drive to the West side of the island for an early morning hike past a sacred Hawaiian burial ground known as Dragon’s Teeth, this is an energy vortex where the sea, earth, fire and air have collided to create magnificent natural monoliths.  We will sit in silent contemplation.

We’ll have some free time for shopping, exploring the local galleries in Lahaina and enjoying some Shave Ice (that’s right, present tense – you’re in Maui now).

We will make our way to the Iao Valley where we can hike and swim in the streams of water alongside the local children.  We’ll enjoy a picnic lunch before hiking up to a historic buddhist site where we will sit in silent meditation.

As evening approaches we will head down the road to swim with turtles at the beach and dine outside under the trees basking in the last rays of sun dipping into the ocean.

Day 3 (Friday) East

Rise with the sun for yoga and meditation followed by a breakfast that includes local fruit smoothies.

Enjoy the long winding road to Hana where we will stop along the way to enjoy waterfalls and walks into the jungle to soak in the grounding energy of the Nature Elementals.

Arrive at the black sand beach near Hana for a swim or hike and commune with the local mermaids who are especially present in the lava flow tube caves.  We will enjoy lunch and meditation on the cliffs overlooking the magnificent sapphire blue sea.

We will travel back on the road to Hana to arrive in Paia where we will enjoy observing wind surfers and have a torch lighting ceremony and vegan luau on the beach to honor the summer solstice before returning to our accommodation.

Day 4 (Saturday) South

We will begin our day with yoga, light breakfast and a visit to the Banyan Tree park where we can meet local artists and visit the local art galleries.

We will take a boat from the harbor to Molokini for snorkeling, and a guided lemurian seed crystal meditation and sound bath.

We will head back south along the coastal highway to explore a local open air market in Kihei and the Makena beaches before a sunset dinner with a view of Molokini followed by silent meditation.

Day 5 (Sunday) North

We will arise before the sun on the 2nd day and journey up the side of Haleakala a dormant volcano where we will sit in silent meditation as the sun rises over the horizon.

Followed by walk and a lite breakfast on the grounds of an ancient sacred Hawaiian site.

We will then make our way to a Spiritual Center for guided meditation and church services.  We will enjoy a potluck lunch with the spiritual center fellowship.

We will travel down to the Sacred Garden and Labyrinth in Makawao for a silent labyrinth walk and contemplation.  We will then reflect on our morning through an art experience followed by some free time for shopping and exploring the local artisan galleries in Makawao town, a historic paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) town.

We will return to our accommodation and have some free time to nap or read.

We will end our day at the Kula Lodge to enjoy bi-coastal views and a final sunset dinner before returning to our accommodations.  We will gather in the evening to share from our journals and reflect on our time together before our journey back to the land of chopping wood and carrying water.

Day 6 (Monday) Return

Morning yoga and pack before brunch followed by retrieval of our electronic devices from the metaphorical sea.  We will enjoy one last drive along the Maui highways to the airport.
